Description:
St. Mary Cathedral School in Gaylord, MI is seeking an energetic and dynamic Part-time Athletic Director.  The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic.  The role is a leadership role that is critical to supporting the daily functions of the athletic department.  The Athletic Director reports directly to the Principal and is responsible for insuring compliance with all State and Federal athletic regulations, administering departmental funds and accounts in a fiscally responsible manner; managing departmental equipment and facilities; and sustaining a culture of good sportsmanship, integrity and professionalism among the athletes and staff.  Interested candidates should forward a resume along with the Diocesan job application and background check forms found below.  Applications being accepted until position is filled.

Administrative Assistant

License/Certifications: Associate's Degree or Equivalent

Description:

St. Mary Cathedral parish in Gaylord, MI is seeking a full time administrative assistant (parish secretary). This person would welcome and address the needs of parishioners and community members, maintain the parish data base and calendar, help produce the weekly bulletin, and provide other administrative. An Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience are required along with a welcoming personality and a high degree of customer service. Outstanding clerical and advanced technical skills are a must, including competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with Publisher, Photoshop and InDesign preferred. Confidentiality and high ethical standards are a must.
